Mount Nebo is a mountain approximately 28 km north of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia. It is part of the D'Aguilar Range which includes other mountains such as Mount Pleasant, Mount Glorious and Mount Mee. The village of Mount Nebo is named after the mountain on which it is located. The mountain is the source of Enoggera Creek.
It is an unusual community being part of the D'Aguilar National Park. Approximately 600 people live between The Gap and Mt Glorious, many concentrated around the village of Mount Nebo, which consists of a primary school, a village hall, a post office, 2 cafes, an art gallery, a real estate agency and a remedial masseur.
The village is 549 meters above sea level, ensuring cool summers and cold winters.
